Avacend Health is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for an opportunity with a leading Level I Trauma and academic medical center in Atlanta, GA .

Position Highlights:

• Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary surgical team

Qualifications:
• Previous Surgical Technologist experience required
• Strong OR and sterile-field experience
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic technique
• BLS required/preferred based on facility requirements
• CST certification highly preferred
• Trauma or large acute-care hospital experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile technique, organize surgical instruments and supplies, assist the surgical team during procedures, and ensure proper instrument counts and handling.
