EMC Test Engineer

EMC TEST ENGINEER Description Ensure production transducers are properly tested and validated to pass the requirements of electromagnetic interference and lightning testing as defined by DO-160, Mil-std-461 or other equipment standards. Assist in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing. Assist with outside testing by writing test plans and supervising testing, with some travel to outside labs required. Perform electrical testing with various standards regarding lighting and EMI in Aerospace. Assist in analog circuit design and analysis for a variety of instrumentation applications. Support code development for automated instrumentation test stands. Follow all Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Standards. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements BS in Electrical Engineering. Must be highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
