Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Infection Preventionist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ADON/Infection Preventionist to join our healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who is passionate about quality care, infection prevention, and supporting clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations

• Support and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

• Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs

• Conduct infection surveillance, investigations, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies

• Provide staff education and training on infection prevention practices

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate clinical and infection control documentation

• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of New Jersey

• Previous ADON, Infection Preventionist, or nursing leadership experience preferred

• Skilled Nursing/LTC experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
