Bilingual HR Generalist — Training, Engagement & Compliance

GEODIS in Romeoville, IL seeks a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist (Mid-Shift) to administer HR programs and support operations. You will advise supervisors on employee relations, conduct new employee orientations, and document engagement meetings, helping ensure smooth handoffs to operations. You will partner with HR leadership to resolve issues, lead HR training, handle inquiries about policies, and manage recruiting activities, including organizing job fairs. #J-18808-Ljbffr GEODIS
