Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center
Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager for the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program. The role guides clients in obtaining Medi-Cal and ACCESS benefits and connects families with housing, transportation, legal, and immigration resources, with follow-ups to ensure needs are met.
