Community Case Manager — Wraparound Recovery (Interim)

Project 180

Project 180 is seeking a Case Manager (Interim) in Los Angeles, CA to deliver intensive, wraparound field-based case management for individuals diverted to community-based competency restoration. Under supervision, you will engage clients, facilitate access to resources, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals. End date Oct 31, 2026 with possible permanency.
