Value Stream Production ManagerPOSITION OVERVIEW:Provides strategic and hands-on leadership for assigned manufacturing departments, overseeing multi-shift assembly and/or fabrication operations to consistently achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Applies deep knowledge and strong expertise in manufacturing processes and product technologies to optimize efficiencies of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment requiring timely decision-making and problem-resolution. Accountable for continuous improvement initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and aligns production performance with operational and financial targets that support overall business goals.
