Rocky Mount, NC | Hybrid | $100K-$150K + 15% Bonus | Direct Hire Are you a Product Manager who enjoys owning the business strategy behind highly technical products while working hand-in-hand with R&D to bring the next generation to market? We are recruiting for a Product Manager to join a well-established global manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC. This is a highly visible opportunity to take ownership of a technical product portfolio and influence everything from product strategy and new development to pricing, profitability, launches and long-term growth. Quick Highlights: $100K-$150K base + 15% bonus Approximately 25% travel Direct ownership of a technical product portfolio Heavy collaboration with R&D/Engineering, Sales & Marketing Strong benefits and long-term growth opportunity What You'll Do: Own products throughout the full lifecycle , from planning and development through launch and ongoing growth Develop product strategy based on market trends, customer needs and competitive intelligence Own pricing, margins, profitability and overall commercial performance Partner closely with R&D on new product development, enhancements and future roadmap Evaluate new product opportunities and build business cases around market potential Lead product launches and support go-to-market strategy Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities for continued growth Serve as the bridge between technical development and commercial strategy What We're Looking For: 5+ years of Product Management or related product ownership experience Experience with technical/manufactured products Strong background in product strategy, lifecycle management and launches Experience with pricing, margins and profitability Proven ability to work closely with Engineering/R&D Technical aptitude across hardware and/or software-enabled products Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field Experience with automotive, electronics, electromechanical, industrial or other technically complex products is a plus.
