Job Summary The Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible for the exceptional preparation of all desserts and pastries for guests and will develop and maintain a strong, consistent team environment in accordance with Bern’s Steak House / Harry Waugh Room standards. This is primarily a PM shift and may require late-night hours.
