Industrial Maintenance Technician

This role supports the smooth and reliable production of paper products by performing troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment. You will work in a manufacturing environment, ensuring machines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting on production machinery to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on a variety of machines to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 480V, 3-phase motors and related components.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Support continuous production of paper products by responding promptly to equipment failures and performance issues.
• Use tools, test equipment, and technical documentation to perform accurate repairs and adjustments.

Pay - $27/hour

Shift - 2-2-3 schedule, 7a - 7p/ 7p - 7a OR 4a - 4p / 4p - 4a

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing facility that is semi climate controlled, with some areas that may be non-climate controlled. The environment involves active production machinery, electrical systems including high voltage, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, requiring consistent adherence to safety practices and appropriate work attire suitable for an industrial setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
