Schedule: Part‑Time
Location: Newport, NH We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Special Education Teacher (SPED) to join our high school team in Newport, NH . The teacher will provide specialized instruction and case management services to support students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instruction.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience supporting students in high school settings preferred.
