Desktop Support/ JOAT

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a “jack of all trades” and can step in to provide hands-on end-user support while helping the organization transition MSP services. You’ll work alongside a small IT team, supporting everything from desktop and hardware troubleshooting to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, onboarding/offboarding, account administration, and day-to-day IT operations. This will be onsite 5 days a week in Edina, MN. Responsibilities:• Deliver direct support for desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and other workplace technology used by employees.• Investigate technical incidents, manage incoming support requests, and drive issues through resolution in a timely manner.• Prepare, install, and troubleshoot workstations, related hardware, and standard business software for end users.• Administer user access, account updates, and routine technology operations across the IT environment.• Create and maintain clear technical documentation while identifying opportunities to streamline support processes.• Work closely with internal teams and external service partners to coordinate activities tied to IT service continuity and operational handoff efforts.• Perform a range of day-to-day IT support and administrative duties to keep business systems running effectively.
