Tier 2 Desktop Technician: VIP IT Support & Deployments

Stratasys in Minnetonka, MN is hiring a Desktop Service Technician II to deliver advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools across local and remote users. You will handle Tier 2 escalation, deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain device lifecycle, with a focus on meeting SLA objectives and white-glove service for executives.
