What You’ll Do Window and door repairs and installations Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs Exterior home improvement projects General repair and service work Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns Maintaining a safe and professional job site What We’re Looking For Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat Enjoys hands‑on work and solving problems Experience using basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely Strong work ethic and positive attitude Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Why Join M&M?
