Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sales or service‑related work experience. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales. Excellent communication skills with prospects and customers. Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire. Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of sales experience preferred. Strong typing capabilities and proficiency with PCs. Experience in a customer‑centric sales environment.
