Work Environment\n

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to focus your energy on providing therapy without weekends or late nights.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques aligned with clients’ goals.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that inspire progress and healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and California BBS guidelines.

• Engage in regular case consultations with peers to enhance care strategies and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including state-mandated supervision and internal peer support groups, to continuously improve therapeutic expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a rich diversity of clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, though newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply based on fit.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to equity in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
