This position is based in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining client engagement through an outpatient model. The role primarily functions within a structured office environment, remotely connecting with clients through teletherapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients often seek therapeutic support during significant life transitions and challenges. The therapist will be asked to adapt therapeutic approaches based on the unique demographics and cultural backgrounds of the clients they serve, ensuring culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Possession of a valid LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license in the State of California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
