The Employer Brand Lead role is a new, foundational role where you will be the first person dedicated to shaping how ERGO NEXT shows up to talent, everywhere we hire. This isn't a marketing-adjacent nice-to-have. It's core infrastructure for a Talent Acquisition team hiring well across the US, Israel, and beyond during a period of real change. What You’ll Do:Lead the global engineering employer brand into one coherent ERGO NEXT story: messaging, visual identity guardrails, tone of voice, and compelling narrativeOwn our presence on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, career site, and other candidate-facing channels: content, cadence, and voicePartner with the people, communications and marketing teams to build role- and market-specific attraction contentDevelop employee storytelling programs (spotlights, "day in the life," leadership visibility) that give candidates real signalTrack and respond to how we're perceived externally: ratings, sentiment, competitor positioning and bring that intel back to Talent Acquisition and People leadershipBuild reusable content and messaging that recruiters can deploy directly in outreach, job postings, and candidate conversationsSupport employer brand presence at events, campus programs, and conferences as we scale global hiringWhat We Need:5+ years in global employer branding, talent marketing, or a hybrid TA/brand role, bonus points for having done this through a merger, acquisition, or major rebrandProven ability to build an EVP from scratch or unify one from disparate sources, not just execute someone else's playbookComfortable operating globally. Understands that "one brand" doesn't mean one-size-fits-all messaging across US and Israel marketsStrong writer and storyteller who can also use data to measure successUnstoppable Qualities: Familiarity with Israeli talent market dynamics and workplace culture a plusExperience operating in or supporting a global org with a significant Israel-based workforce strongly preferred. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ERGO NEXT employees are also potentially eligible for our annual performance-based incentive program, in addition to our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.US annual base salary range for this full-time position: $135,000—$182,000 USDDon’t meet every single requirement?
