Responsibilities

• Assist clients with insurance solutions tailored to their needs
• Generate new business through the provided leads and referrals
• Present and explain insurance coverage options clearly and accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing account support
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Requirements

• Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused mindset
• Be Coachable
• Ability to obtain state required insurance licenses: Property, Casualty, Life, Health
