About the role:

Operations Analyst Herndon, VA 12 Months Local Candidates - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze customer calls and multiple computer data to determine location and cause of power outages.
• Dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations.
• Perform callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, planned overtime, and fill-shifts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED
• Hands-on dispatch/operations center experience from start to finish, prioritizing and handling always changing priority levels
• Analyze large subsets of data from multiple information sources and determine and create appropriate action plans
• Customer service skills with prior experience in a long-term hands-on operations analyst role supporting internal and external clients
• Prior dispatch skills (911 operations centers, utilities operations centers)

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.00 - $30.00.
