TEGNA Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to own day-to-day monitoring, support, and stability of broadcast and digital platforms. You will triage incidents, resolve tickets, and collaborate with distributed IT teams in a 24x7 environment, driving automation and proactive monitoring.You will use ServiceNow, New Relic, and other tools to manage incidents, document root causes, and enable first-contact resolution, while continuously improving runbooks and knowledge articles for remote teams.J-18808-Ljbffr TEGNA
