Overview Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a 10-week travel assignment in a long-term care/assisted living setting in Hampton, NH. Start date 07/01/2026. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (8.5 hours) with every other weekend included. Weekly pay: $1,270 to $1,295 per week. Local candidates only. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. The placement is a multi-disciplinary center located minutes from the beach and within reach of the White Mountains and Boston, MA. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,270–$1,295 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 10 weeks Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (8.5 hours), 5 days per week Start date: 07/01/2026 Location: Hampton, NH (long-term care/assisted living setting) Schedule note: Every other weekend included Local candidate requirement Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to residents per physician orders and individualized care plans Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects, documenting in the medical record Assess residents’ status, track vital signs, perform wound care and routine nursing procedures, and respond to changes in condition Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, social services, and physicians) to update care plans and ensure continuity of care Implement infection control practices, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines; maintain accurate documentation Respond to call lights and emergencies, ensuring prompt assessment and escalation as needed Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire Graduation from an approved practical nursing program Prior long-term care (LTC) or equivalent skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work in a long-term care/assisted living setting and meet the physical demands of the role Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Housing assistance (where available) Extension opportunities Fast credentialing Nationwide assignments PAY DISCLAIMER Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
