Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly (Non-Exempt) / On-Site

Role Summary:

Branded Bills is a custom headwear and company known for high-quality, made-to-order hats and gear for brands, teams, and individuals. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Tempe, AZ and to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. In this role, you'll manage inbound calls, chats, assist customers with order needs and handle accurate daily data entry — all while building genuine rapport that uncovers additional product needs. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who's genuinely passionate about the brand and takes pride in turning a good customer experience into a great one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries and help them with their order needs
• Answering live customer inquiries and help them with their order needs
• Accurately performing data entry of daily duties.
• Build rapport with customers to help uncover additional product needs
• Be passionate about the Brand and the products we sell
• Answer inbound chats on social media platforms
• Answer inbound calls
• Engaging with customers and getting feedback on their experience
• Provide in office feedback to Management

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience taking live calls in a customer service setting

Compensation: $18 - $19/hr
