Key Responsibilities Own full on-site execution of commercial construction projects from start through completion Lead and supervise all field operations, including subcontractors, foremen, and on-site personnel Manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily site activities to meet key milestones Serve as the primary field decision-maker, resolving issues in real time to keep projects on track Coordinate subcontractors to ensure alignment on scope, timing, and quality expectations Enforce OSHA and site safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture Ensure all work meets quality standards through regular inspections and oversight Interpret and execute construction drawings, plans, and specifications accurately in the field Act as the liaison between field operations and project management teams Lead on-site meetings, including subcontractor coordination and progress updates Monitor field-level costs and identify risks impacting budget or schedule Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule delays, scope gaps, and field conflicts Ensure job site organization, cleanliness, and security at all times Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role Proven experience managing full project lifecycle from ground-up through completion; Tilt-wall experience highly preferred Strong background in commercial general contracting (required) Experience across asset classes such as multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, education, or similar Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to read and execute from construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr Upside Search
