Construction Superintendent – Multifamily Riverview, FL We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale multifamily developments in the Tampa area. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction operations for multifamily projects from groundbreaking through closeout. Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient progress. Maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and provide accurate daily and weekly reporting. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards. Enforce and monitor jobsite safety practices in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to communicate project status, resolve issues, and support strategic decisions. Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and site cleanliness. Participate in project meetings, pre-construction planning, and post-project evaluations. Identify and proactively address potential delays, conflicts, or safety concerns before they impact project delivery. Qualifications Experience as a Superintendent on multifamily projects. Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
