Business Systems Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves translating client requirements into functional documentation for business systems. The successful candidate will design, prototype, configure, and test new or enhanced applications, while also participating in technical designs and test planning to improve application operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional requirements for business systems
• Translate client requirements into functional documentation and participate in technical designs and test planning
• Design, prototype, configure, and test new or enhanced applications
• Perform customer support processes for the implementation of new or existing applications
• Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoot problems as necessary
• Test, train, and implement applications

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Business Requirements Analysis
• Technical Story Development
• Workflow Analysis
• Technical Writing
• Experience with Application Development and Software Solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer needs
• Knowledge of Release Management and User Experience (UX) Design principles

Pay range: $46.51 - $54.51 per hour
