In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. This is a six-month contract with potential to extend based on business need.What You'll Be Working OnPartner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partnerManage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experienceDevelop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreachConduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiationsCreate intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processesWhat You'll Bring to the Team4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across business operations, finance, accounting, or broader g&a hiring.Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other toolsExperience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentsSkilled in salary and equity negotiationProven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsData-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategyExperience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATSWillingness and ability to travel as neededCompensation will be paid in the hourly range of $70.00 - $80.00.
