Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate asset records in IQ and SnapTracker systems.
· Assist with inventory tagging and ensure tags are affixed according to company guidelines.
· Perform routine data entry related to asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
· Support physical inventory counts, and cycle counts as directed.
· Investigate minor inventory discrepancies and escalate issues to the Asset Manager.
· Generate and distribute scheduled inventory and asset reports.
· Process disposition transactions and documentation under the direction of the Asset Manager.
· Communicate product arrivals and status updates to customers as needed.
· Ensure proper documentation is maintained for asset acquisition, retention, and disposition.
· Assist in preparing reports on damaged items or discrepancies.
· Organize asset files and maintain digital and physical documentation.
· Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify asset locations and status.
· Follow established procedures for handling unclaimed assets per customer Terms & Conditions.
· Provide general administrative support to the asset management team.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, or data management preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in the following programs required:
o Microsoft Office Suite
o Google Docs
o Smartsheets
o Snaptracker
o IQ
