Director, Implementation Science - Evidence-to-Practice Leader

AstraZeneca

Wilmington, DE

AstraZeneca is seeking a Director of Implementation Science in Wilmington, DE, to translate evidence into practice changes across therapeutic areas. You will lead IS initiatives, collaborate with US medical teams, and design interventions grounded in CFIR/RE-AIM frameworks to improve patient outcomes. The role requires seven+ years in pharma/healthcare, an advanced degree, and strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
