Personal Lines Insurance Agent
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join a team. This role involves selling and servicing personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. This is a fully onsite position, offering an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions are valued.
Compensation Package

Competitive Salary : Based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Sell and service personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Maintain accurate documentation and policy records.
Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales and retention goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License and Active Life Insurance License (required).
Experience : Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales and service.

- Sales and Persuasion.
- Organization and Attention to Detail.
Work Environment : Fully onsite position.
