Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their life and health insurance needs.
• Explain complex insurance products in a clear and understandable way.
• Develop personalized insurance solutions that align with client goals.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
• Nurture client relationships through ongoing support and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client care.

Requirements

• Wyoming Producer's License in Life and Health or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people secure their financial future.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
