About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Sales and Meetings & Events to join their dynamic team. This transformational commercial leader will be responsible for shaping and executing an enterprise-wide revenue strategy across various segments, driving sustainable revenue growth, and enhancing customer loyalty. The role involves leading property, regional, and national sales teams, designing and implementing effective sales structures, and establishing clear sales goals aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate will be a confident, influential leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise revenue growth, experienced in designing scalable sales processes, and a champion of collaboration to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Candidates for the Senior Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in hospitality or related commercial roles, with a strong preference for those with a background in a large, branded hospitality organization. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market trends and customer insights into actionable growth strategies, as well as a builder of high-performing sales culture. The successful candidate will be accountable for total revenue targets, lead the sales and catering teams, and ensure the seamless execution of group, event, and catering business. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, and the role involves partnering with marketing, brand, and public relations teams to support demand generation and align go-to-market efforts.
