Job Details Salary: Competitive compensation with unlimited income potential Job Type: Full Time Location: White Plains, NY (in-person) Work Hours: Flexible schedule including weekends Key Responsibilities Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales team. Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure customers receive an exceptional purchasing experience from start to finish. Oversee all deals, paperwork, and data to ensure compliance with local standards. Lead the sales team to increase market share and achieve unit sales and profit goals. Job Requirement:Qualifications Minimum of two years of successful automotive sales management experience, or three years of proven sales performance if transitioning from a sales role. Strong leadership skills with a results-driven and self-motivated approach. Knowledge of dealership sales operations and assertiveness in decision-making. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Used car buying or appraising experience is a plus. Auto manufacturer master sales or management certifications are an advantage.
