The Role: North America Sales Director This is more than a sales job—it’s a chance to own growth in one of the most dynamic segments of the semiconductor industry. As North America Sales Director, you will lead high-stakes engagements with semiconductor and system companies, helping them unlock the power of adaptability in their ASICs and SoCs. You’ll bring your network, experience, and entrepreneurial drive to build lasting relationships, close transformational IP deals, and cement Menta’s position as the go-to partner for adaptable hardware. Skills & Experience Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Menta’s footprint with ASIC and SoC customers Leverage your industry network to identify and engage new target accounts Lead complex contract negotiations and close multi-million-dollar IP licensing deals Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to align customer needs with technical solutions Represent Menta at industry conferences, customer events, and executive-level meetings Your Profile: 10+ years of proven success in semiconductor IP sales or support (EDA, IP licensing, or related) Strong knowledge of the ASIC design business and the value of FPGA technology Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to roll up sleeves and thrive in a small, fast-moving company Hungry, driven, and passionate about shaping the future of adaptable hardware Ability to travel extensively across North America Nice to Have: Energetic, driven, and ambitious to lead growth in a scale-up environment Experience selling to both enterprise and security-sensitive verticals (e.g., defense, FinTech, automotive) Why Join Menta?
