Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Service Representative. You will also manage the front desk and deal with our walk-in customers. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Spanish speaking is very helpful.

Job Requirements

• Answer and directing incoming phone calls
• Manage designers' appointment calenders
• Greet visitors and provide assistance
• Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
• General office duties and working knowledge of computers
• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a must

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

• Monday to Friday (7:00am-7:00pm)
• Rotating Saturdays

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Norcross, GA 30071: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Compensation: $15.50 per hour
