Bilingual Business Development Associate (Portuguese) Contractor Development • Dallas, Texas, United States Overview You will use your language skills to communicate with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures, providing proactive service and support to our customers, answering calls and inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and participating in sales and marketing projects. Responsibilities Communicate effectively in English and Portuguese with clients and teammates worldwide. Provide proactive service and support, answering customer calls and inquiries. Troubleshoot customer issues, delivering timely resolutions. Contribute to sales and marketing projects supporting business development. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese. Customer service orientation and passion for helping others. Desire to work with people and engage in verbal interaction over the phone. Aspired career path starting in customer service and progressing into B2B sales. Strong learning aptitude for software and new concepts. Patience and retention skills to handle difficult troubleshooting scenarios. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience. Advanced fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) required. Desire to transition into B2B sales within 12-24 months. Ability to work in office at least three days a week. Authorized to work in the U.S. and not requiring current or future visa sponsorship. Training 8‑week training program covering soft skills development, customer service excellence, and ISN products and services. Full commitment and attendance required daily. Compensation $37.50 per hour, paid bi‑weekly, with opportunity to earn up to $11,000 in annual target incentives. Total annual potential compensation up to $89,000.
