Case Mix and Work Environment

Our diverse case mix includes:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• OB/GYN
• Neurosurgery
• Vascular Surgery
• Trauma Care

Please note that we do not handle complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. This position is hospital-employed and classified as a W2 role.

Our team of physicians and CRNAs operates in a highly collaborative atmosphere characterized by mutual respect and a shared commitment to patient care. We utilize a supervision model with a maximum ratio of 4:1.

Scheduling and Expectations

CRNAs are expected to maintain a schedule of 1,760 hours annually to uphold a full-time equivalent (FTE) status. Options for both call and no-call schedules are available.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
• Certification from the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Current Idaho CRNA licensure and the ability to obtain privileges at our facility and other affiliated hospitals as necessary
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
