We're seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time locum opportunity in Boise, Idaho. This assignment offers flexible scheduling, guaranteed weekly hours, and the opportunity to work within a busy multi-specialty anesthesia setting.

Schedule

Full-time coverage required
Mix of 8-hour, 10-hour, and optional 12-hour shifts
40 hours guaranteed weekly
Call schedule TBD
Weekend pager call availability preferred

Practice Environment

17 Main ORs + 7 DSC ORs
Additional coverage includes cath labs, endoscopy, radiology, and specialty procedures
Majority trauma cases
Patient population includes adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric patients
90%+ of patients are over age 12
CRNAs perform spinal blocks only - no regional anesthesia required

Clinical Expectations

Independent practice environment
Conduct own pre-ops
OB care proficiency preferred
Comfortable managing high-acuity surgical cases
Flexible scheduling within anesthesia team model

Candidate Requirements

NBCRNA Certification required
Idaho DEA and CSR required
Idaho license highly preferred
Must be available full-time
Must meet rate caps
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
Earliest available start date required at presentation
Must confirm review of SAMG travel policy at presentation
