365 Healthcare is seeking a CRNA for a full-time locum opportunity in Boise, Idaho. This assignment offers a flexible schedule with a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts within a high-volume hospital-based anesthesia program supporting a broad range of surgical specialties.

Schedule Model
• Full-time coverage required
• Mix of 8-hour, 10-hour, and optional 12-hour shifts
• 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• Call coverage required
• Weekend pager call availability preferred

Coverage Needed
• August 2026 start
• Ongoing assignment
• Full-time availability required

Practice Overview
• Hospital-based anesthesia practice
• 17 main operating rooms
• 7 day surgery center rooms
• Additional coverage in cath lab, endoscopy, radiology, and procedural areas
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities
• Anesthesia coverage across multiple surgical specialties
• Trauma-focused cases
• Spinal blocks performed by CRNAs
• Pre-operative evaluations and anesthesia management
• Participation in call coverage rotation
• Independent practice responsibilities depending on case assignment

Case Mix
• Trauma
• General surgery
• Endoscopy
• Cath lab procedures
• Radiology procedures
• Adult and adolescent patient population
• Majority of patients over age 12

Practice Environment

Qualifications
• NBCRNA certification required
• Active Idaho license highly preferred
• DEA and CSR required
• Full-time availability required
• COVID vaccination required
• Comfortable with OB care and independent practice responsibilities preferred
• Clean malpractice and background history
