The company is known for empowering field leaders, investing in its people, maintaining manageable working hours, and creating clear opportunities for advancement as the business continues to grow.Job Description* Lead field operations for ground-up data center, industrial, and PEMB construction projects. * Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, safety, and quality standards. * Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. * Partner with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to resolve field challenges. * Travel to project sites nationwide while maintaining overall site leadership.
