The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: * 3-7+ years of Superintendent or construction field leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and sequencing. * Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. * OSHA 10/30 certification preferred and commitment to safety excellence. What's on Offer Salary: $90,000-$130,000 + bonus (dependent on experience) * Annual discretionary bonus, company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and cell phone allowance. * Comprehensive medical, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, and 401(k) with match. * Outstanding work-life balance with local projects, no overnight travel, and strong career stability.
