This position is designed for a Texas-licensed attorney with at least 10 years of meaningful appellate experience and exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. The attorney will manage complex civil appellate matters while also working alongside trial teams to develop strategy, preserve error, prepare dispositive motions, and position cases for potential appellate review.
