A top AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a motivated Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Dallas office. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, prepare initial pleadings, and handle motions.
• Take and defend depositions, as well as assist in trial preparation and representation.
• Provide advice and counsel to management-side clients on labor and employment law matters.
• Engage directly with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Texas.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in employment law, preferably with a focus on management-side representation.
• Prior litigation experience, including handling pleadings, motions, and depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience providing employment advice and counseling to clients.
• In-house legal experience in employment law is a plus.
