Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

The Dallas, Texas office of FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate. Qualifications 4-5 years of substantive and substantial employment litigation experience Experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters Experience with wage / hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements Experience representing employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies Experience drafting position statements, settlement agreements, employment agreements, and independent contractor agreements. Ability to assist with investigations, witness interviews, and provide detailed written memorandums. Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Compensation The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
