About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused People Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level role in a fast-paced, call center–style environment where you will support faculty by managing People Operations–related requests through our ticketing system and performing high-volume administrative tasks.

Provide supplemental support to faculty on as-needed basis, assisting with inquiries, request submissions and resolution of routine issues.

What You’ll Do

Faculty Support & Ticket Management (Primary Focus)

• Respond to a high volume of employee inquiries via phone, ticketing system, and email.
• Manage and update requests in the Pipefy ticketing system
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for ticket-related issues
• Triage requests and escalate more complex issues as needed
• Follow up to ensure timely resolution and a positive employee experience
• Special People Ops projects assigned by Regional People Operations Business Partner

Administrative Support

• Perform high-volume, routine People Operations administrative tasks, including:
• • Employee data entry and updates
  • Document processing and filing
  • Onboarding and offboarding support
  • Employment verifications
  • Generating standard People Operations documents and reports
  • Maintain accurate and organized records across systems

 

 

Team & Process Support

• Partner with People Operations Coordinators and Generalists on daily tasks
• Follow established processes, workflows, and compliance guidelines
• Identify and flag recurring issues or process gaps
• Support basic audits and data validation activities

Basic Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or People Operations support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a call center, help desk, or center of excellence business model
• Exposure to People Operations processes or systems
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Pipefy or similar)
