Caregiver/CNA | In-Home Care | Evening Shift

Job Summary Griswold Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care during evening shifts (4:00 PM–10:00 PM). We are looking for dependable professionals with experience providing personal care, incontinence care, hospice support, and dementia care. Responsibilities * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care * Provide compassionate care for hospice clients while promoting comfort and dignity * Support clients with dementia using patience, redirection, and person-centered care techniques * Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed * Perform light housekeeping related to client care * Monitor client safety and report changes in condition to the office * Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately Requirements * Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare role * Experience with personal care and incontinence care required * Hospice and dementia care experience preferred * Availability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM–10:00 PM) * Reliable, dependable, and professional * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Smartphone required for scheduling and communication * Ability to pass a criminal background check * COVID-19 vaccination preferred * Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care * Must be at least 18 years of age What We Offer * Weekly payroll via direct deposit * Competitive pay based on experience and availability * Medical benefits for caregivers working 35+ hours per week * Flexible scheduling * Paid training and ongoing education opportunities * Paid sick time accrued from the start of employment * Referral bonus up to $50 per referral * 401(k) program with up to a 5% employer match after 6 months * Mileage reimbursement * Ask about our signing bonus!
