Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Work Setting: Onsite
We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions across mission-critical systems. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and cybersecurity frameworks while supporting enterprise risk management activities across airport operations.
Responsibilities- Support development and maintenance of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate IT, operational, and cybersecurity risks
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audit activities including documentation and evidence collection
- Prepare compliance reports, risk summaries, and governance dashboards for stakeholders
- Assist in remediation tracking and continuous improvement of compliance processes
- 3–4 years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance and risk management principles
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS frameworks preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
