Associate Attorney

Position Overview The Paramus, New Jersey office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its growing Labor & Employment practice group. Candidates will have at least 3-5 years of litigation and employment law experience. Prior experience in labor relations work, including collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitrations, is a plus but not required. Salary range: $130k-$160k depending on experience (plus benefits). Responsibilities Develop and execute pre‑trial approaches. Exercise sound judgment and think creatively. Strong communication, research and writing skills required. Commit to an excellent work ethic. Experience in collective bargaining, grievances or arbitrations (preferred). Qualifications & Experience JD or better in Law. 3-5 years litigation and employment law experience. Admitted to the New Jersey bar (New York bar license strongly preferred). Licenses & Certifications New Jersey Bar License. New York Bar License strongly preferred.
