Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA) Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 Eyas Landing – Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based BCBA/LBA to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing – Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6‑14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school‑based, team‑driven program that supports every student's growth. About the Role As a clinic‑based BCBA/LBA at Eyas Landing – Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing evidence‑based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Compensation & Benefits Competitive total compensation: $98,000–113,000 total, including: $7,500 sign‑on bonus Base salary: $74,000–$85,000 Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) plus life and disability insurance Flexible spending accounts (FSA) Competitive paid time off and holiday allowances Generous 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm Location: 3319 N.
