Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location Chicago, IL Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, rewarding impact without waiting for eligibility. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Training & Development: Participation in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training. Research & Innovation: Collaboration with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Clinical Guidance: Guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Education and Support Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external courses, and 2 paid CEU days.
